The final text will cover
- Who provides the service (legal entity, company number, registered address)
- Account types: customer, supplier and project poster, and who may register
- Subscriptions, pilot access, pricing, billing and renewal (no payments are taken today)
- Permitted use of opportunity data and contact details; no resale or bulk scraping
- Marketplace rules: anonymous project posts, sealed bids, awards and supplier approval
- Accuracy of research data and limits of liability
- Suspension and termination
- Governing law and jurisdiction (England and Wales / Ireland)
